Default AJ 3bet, is my flopplay too weak?

<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#FF0000">CO raises to $14</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#FF0000">Hero raises to $44</font>, CO calls $30.

Flop: ($90) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

what is my plan here?
villain is regular ( (18/11/3.75/24) (411h) )

Is it too weak to play check/fold?
what do u prefer

a)check/call
b)check/fold
c)bet/fold

im a bit unsure, because these are my first nl400 sessions

probably not best to 3-bet such a nit pf with AJo oop, but when you do 3-bet make it $50+ pf.

on the flop check-call is def best.

Are you serious when you say check-call on flop? That must be the worst line you can take...

Besides, I would just fold pre.

I don't think he'll fold much on this flop so I guess c/f isn't that bad.

LOL obv i was levelling. fold pre vs this nit, c/f flop cos he only folds AK.

have you though about this? 90% of his calling range pf is a hand that he will also call on the flop.

some of you said, that I should fold preflop.
But it is not too tight, if I just 3bet with AK,AQ, AA-22
( villain got Att. to steal.blinds &gt;30 )
