Did i play this hand too passive? I didn't want to make a worse spade fold but i'm not sure this is correct. Thanks in advance.

You have no reads on any players?
UTG donking minimum, I don't assume he has much, maybe a pair, but if he has a flush, he very well should have reraised for value, although we can't assuming everyone will be playing optimally. If he has a set, just as well...

As played, I would fold, you have no reads on UTG, however, if after a few hands and he turns out be as donkish as he played this hand, I would look to be in the pot with UTG everytime.

How I would have played this hand differently is raise preflop. Yes you're OOP, but BTN's raise could very well have been an isolation play, and your hand is strong enough to play from early position. If everyone calls, bet the flop. (and as you played it, raise the flop). You have top pair and outs to the nut flush.

Reraise pre-flop.

Hand would be very different after that.
