I currently run PT and PAHud on my MacBook Pro using Parallels it works brilliantly, if not better than it did on my slow pc. I'd be happy to beta test anything you can come up with.

[ QUOTE ]
PT for mac would be an instant buy for me. Please, combine Omaha, Stud and Hold'Em into one software, even if the features had to be activated (bought) separately.

[/ QUOTE ]

As mentioned in the Main Thread, which is getting very long, they will all be combined but with separate pricing.

Best regards,

APerfect10

I understand from other threads that it will be possible to import your old PT database into PT3, however some of the stats will be missing due to the nature of the saved files in PT2. I am totally fine with that, my question is will we be able to import our old PT2 database (from XP, like if we had dual boot or something) into the OSX running PT3?

is this clear or should I splain some more?

This should be possible, you'll just have to tell PT3 which server you have Postgres running on and make sure the server allows remote connections.

You would be getting a few more copies of pt3 purchased from myself and a few friends if it were mac compatable.

There's only more money to be made if it is, with the every growing popularity of macs these days.

PT3 for mac is obviously a massive market for PT to profit from. Not only that, Poker Stars is running beta testing of there software too so we KNOW the demand is going to shoot through the roof when they release there public version of PokerStars Mac. SO many players are going to want it. MacPoker Pro is ok but I just did the trail which wasn't the greatest. I'd much rather PT3 on my mac and if it doesn't comeout...it's just leaving ALL this profit avalible for other competitors....

I'll also gladly test the software and provide feedback!

It's pretty much been decided that we will release a Mac version. I'll be ordering my first Mac in nearly 15 years here pretty soon. It likely won't be available until after the initial PC release, but hopefully it won't be too much longer after that.
