Default EPASS CASHOUTS (noob)

Hi everybody, I just got my epassporte account today and I have a few questions regarding cashouts from the various sites. 1.) If I deposit $500 via epass, play, and then want to cash out $2500, what is the "procedure?" Can I get it all cashed out back to my epass account, or only the original $500, or what? The, uh, Stars cashier screen has a paragraph or two about this (I clicked Cash Out to see how it would work), but it reads more or less unintelligibly to me, probably an intellectual shortcoming on my part lol. At this point I guess I am making the assumption that I MUST cash out the amount of the original deposit back to epass, and any amount above that I can either have a check or send it to my epass as well? Is this on the right track?

I'd appreciate any insight into this novice epass user's dilemma which I'm sure is old hat to all you guys. Thanks in advance everybody.

You can cash out the whole $2500.

The original amount of $500 will be cashed out instantly. The remaining $2000 takes between 6-48 hours. usually about 20-24.

Yeah, you'll get $500 credited back to epass immediately, and you can put the rest into epass (it'll get there within 72 hours) or in a check.

Epassporte is having trouble with their ACH Processors so you can't deposit to your bank. Just some info.

Where did you hear this? Bank account is still an option on their withdrawal page. Thanks.

I just tried to cash out with my checking account.
Epass said there was some communication problem with my bank and that I should try again soon. BUT my account says that the withdraw is "outstanding" and I can't try another withdraw.
1. I tried calling (after a half an hour, gave up)
2. Sent Email, crossed fingers
3. Checked 2+2

Which account? Your epassporte account?
Are you going to be able to get money to your checking account?

To my epassporte account. It has been 72 hours and the money still hasn't been returned. I don't think I'll be able to cash out to my checking account in the forseeable future based on what the rep said.
