UTG+1 - LAGGY fish old asian guy, loves pounding away in position, calls down super light. Very talkative.

SB - TAG girl.

UTG folds, UTG+1 raises to $16, everyone folds to SB who calls. I look down at A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] in BB, think about 3 betting momentarily, decide to j call.

Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($45)

SB checks, I lead, UTG+1 raises, SB folds, I 3-bet,

UTG+1 - "you raise?"
Hero - "Yep"
UTG+1 - "you on flush draw?"
Hero - "Yep"

UTG+1 calls.

Hero?

I think betting is a must here, but what happens if I get raised (from the fact that some players call out their own hands when asking about another's holdings)?

If you wanna really get involved in speach play how about

Hero- "I check raise" Hero taps the table indicating a check.

the correct line is "I check with the intention of raising".
But that doesn't matter, the correct play is to bet.

If hero is truely a LAG I'd 3bet preflop for value.

I checkraise the flop.

Turn is an easy bet.

I think turn is an easy bet as well, but what's the plan if I get raised here? Just crying call down, even on a club river?

You can't fold if villian is LAG.
