Funniest tattoo ever??

"Because Mr. Cool always seemed ... rather cool to me, and ice because I really love Vanilla Ice, so I added the word ice."
This guy seems to have some huge problems.In the video they make a tour through his apartment and he is a cleaning freak.
He has the name mr. cool ice for 15 years and the tattoo for 5. He made the logo in a copy shop. He always liked skulls (but didnt like the evil looking heavy metal skulls) so he added the sunglasses, the veins and the smile.
