Button $100 stats 14/2/?? over 250 hands
BB $100 stats 28/21/5 over 500 hands BB has got my attention. I have a note on him that says "tricky" and it describes how he slowrolled a nut flush. Hero is in the SB and is dealt Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] There are a couple limpers and Button raises to 4.5. I check his stats and see a paultry 2% PFR. Nevertheless, i put in a raise to $13. BB raises all in. Button folds. i was about to snap call given his stats. But i paused to think about this. My read says he is tricky and fast playing a monster would count as tricky. What wins out here? The stats or the read? EDIT: i have never seen him make this kind of move before (eg overbetting AI PF) |

fast playing a monster would count as tricky [/ QUOTE ] wtf? That statement makes no sense. I probably call here, but I 3bet more than most. If you don't 3bet enough then you should just fold imo. |

stats win over the read. Easy call. Shoving too many hands or rerestealing in this spot could fall under the category of tricky too.
Dont think your way out of this one. |
