Initial call is fine. If he is indeed a solid regular, I can't see him doing this w/o QQ+ AK. Sometimes I guess he could do this with TT or JJ(unlikely for obv reasons) with all the money already in the pot.

fold preflop, you don't really want to get into a race here. Does button shove here w/ TT? That's probably the bottom of his range. If utg opener is loose then I raise, vs a tight player I flat.

Call is good the first time, fold is good the second time. I hope the stats arent filtered if you have the button at 16/11 and view him as a solid reg.

Looks good but I think you have to fold. A good player should only do this w/ ~AK JJ+.
