Real helpful, aren't you?

OK, then exactly which forum do you imagine it should have gone in?

And, to be perfectly frank, if google had a way to answer why do people jerk people around with specious policies; I would have looked you up while I was there.

as it says in the OOT sticky, just because you can't find it in google doesn't mean it should be an OOT thread. i fail to see how your question had broad appeal or was designed to create an interesting discussion.

i would say if you are going to clutter up any forum with such an inane question it should probably go in the business forum, but it would be better if you just didn't post it and found somewhere else to cash your welfare check

Making unfounded and derogatory statements to posters is no substitute for wit, and reflects poorly on your ability to act as a mod in a responsible manner.

As far as my question being inane, I disagree and quite understandably have lost any respect for your opinion. If you truly think you are fair, then I propose you repost it and see if it draws any interest.

whether it draws any interest is not the criteria by which we judge threads in OOT. read the rules before you post.

if you don't like it post somewhere else.

so you don't understand the difference between 'drawing interest' and creating an 'interesting discussion'? i know it's confusing because both have the word 'interest' in them, but try really hard.

'whether it draws any interest' refers to whether anyone responds. i.e. when tuq makes ten responses to every thread in a forum instead of doing whatever job it is he is supposed to do during the day.

this is clearly different from an interesting discussion. there are plenty of threads that draw interest but suck balls. they get deleted or locked.
