Get your game face on and go back to Costco with the TV, and don't leave until they give you a new one for free.

The other day I was at the Apple store and this lady was claiming she brought an iPod in for repair a year and a half ago, then went to Guatemala, and is now back to pick it up. They told her they didn't know wtf she was talking about, and she shoulda picked it up within 90 days.

An hour & half later she walked out with a brand new 80 GB iPod.

This is not an ethics question. They have a 90 day return policy in which you can return it for ANY REASON. Just return the damn thing for one that's not cracked. Also, get a real truck, or a moving truck, or have it delivered so you don't have to worry about this again.
