Your PFR can be bigger.

Against this passive opponent I think the call is -EV. I may make it anyway to see what he has.

A more aggressive player could easily be b/fing a Q and a call might be a lot better, maybe even +EV. But against a loose-passive opponent I think you're beat.

I think at the micros you should PFR more like 4xBB +1BB per limper with hands like these. You probably still get the same callers but on the flop with the str8 draw out there you should bet closer to the pot. Then the turn would be an easy push. If he calls and draws out on you so be it in the long run you make money against these loose passive players how draw too much. In other words make them pay too much for there draws.
