Bet the turn. This gets checked around a lot. Even if you have the best spade, there are many other river cards you should charge your opponents to draw to. You have the best hand here quite often.
Also, folding the flop, as some have advised, is not good. -McGee

That's gotta be, like, 99% equity. I don't hate c/c, but I think c/f is bad. As played, I like betting the turn for the reasons McGee gave
