Yep his range was obviously wider than AA/KK/AK. Like I said my table image was super-aggressive (I had been reraising with junk and I think he was getting tired of being pushed around). In fact he had AQ so I was ahead on the flop. I deliberately underbet the flop because I was hoping for a reraise but a bet of 150 would probably have been safer to find out where I stood.

From the description I would bet the flop, and probably call a push. I wouldnt bet the turn here as AQ and QQ are very possible for the villain and you should get some pot control at this point. Then call if he river bets. This deep 1 pair is good enough to win a small pot or lose a large it seems.
