call for set value against this monkey who will probably overplay top pair and in general make big mistakes
against maniacs its hard to play when you hit marginal hands, but w/ 22 you hit hard or you you dont. very easy to play.

i think this is borderline. he doesn't even have half a buy-in, i'm OOP, he is in late position and doesn't necessarily have a strong hand that pays me off if i hit.
