I assume you mean how much you win in a session before leaving. I don't use winnings to determine when I leave. I plan ahead how long I want to play, and when leave when the time comes. I would leave early if the game is especially tough, if I'm tilting, or if the table is breaking up, but I'm not leaving because I'm winning. In fact, winning is an indicator that I'm playing a weak table; it would encourage me to play longer.
If you mean how much you have to win at a level before moving up to the next one...that has more to do with win rates and bankroll than amount won. |

leaving a table has nothing to do with how much you have won so far.
i leave a table if a) i feel tired b) my concentration is gone c) recent shift of players, fish left --->tough players came |

I leave a game when I no longer feel it is profitable enough to play - if I'm mentally not all there (tired, tilted, distracted, whatever), or if the lineup is unfavorable. Generally its a combination of both. The other obvious reason to leave is having a prior obligation.

Players of all abilities play poker. Some are winners, some losers and some break even. You can't just have a standard "how much to win before you can leave". You would end up with the winners leaving at some point, the break even's probably slitting their throat and a table full of smelly losers that can never leave. Or do some losers then become winners??? |
