Re: Flop play when hitting trips in action pot (50 PLO)
Ok, ok. You have convinced me that it is not an as simple decision as I thought it was, but I still don't like folding it :P A similar thing happened to me a few days ago, where I flopped a nut straight and one guy called with a flushdraw and the other a huge wrap. I had the lowest equity of everyone with my nuts. Hard to fold though.

Re: Flop play when hitting trips in action pot (50 PLO)
In this situation, if you are not folding, I think you should push. You really have no clue where you are at on the turn, unless a T og A comes. Any other card could complete a full (or a spade could come).
In the other situation, I think you(if possible) can consider seeing a safe card on the turn before comitting yourself. But it is still difficult to get away. How did it go with this one? |

I was in very good shape against his 7789 (no spades) and won

Re: Flop play when hitting trips in action pot (50 PLO)
i put CO on a flush draw or in a weaker 8. its easy that button trying to isolate shortstack so i put him on a AQ or flush draw.
so i decide you're ahead and played correctly |
