I like a check here.
Cant see a flush draw - AQs a remote possibility but not enough to worry about.

That leaves AA, KK, QQ, AK (JJ TT?)
QQ probably wont pay you off unless he is a total callstation.
AK wont fold here so pointless to build the pot trying.

It looks like AA or KK to me, unless he is brain dead he has to put you on something very strong here.
So if you bet the turn he will only call if he has you beat and will probably put you to the knife on the river.

A check might induce a bet from QQ, JJ on the river.

I'd call most river bets and if he checks on the river i'd bet a small amount, perhaps 1/2 pot.
