I honestly think the turn bet is ok as long as you 3barrell. You lose FE on the turn /w a smaller bet, but when you 3barrel, villain will say "wow he bet all 3 streets" and pretty much leave it at that.

Don't underestimate the power of top pair and its lure to the call button.

Not really; when someone bets small 3 streets I'm often thinking he had a good starting hand he can't give up even when the board isn't favorable.

i bet more on the turn but this looks good. I bet more on the turn because you actually turned a gutshot plus this is perfect for a 3 barrel. AQ is instacalling but 4 handed, in position, he should be 3betting AQ on the button every time. 70 turn, 170 river.

I like it, I think the straight up valuebet-style river bet size is the scariest to his one-pair hands. Too little he's likely to call curiously, too much he's likely to call because you look like you're trying to bluff the backdoor flush. This is just right.
