Default NL100 - JJ set with fourth card to a straight on the river

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Reads: SB is 50/20/1.5 after 100 hands. Doesn't seem like a very good player, but doesn't seem like a complete moron either.

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG raises to $4.00, 2 folds, SB raises to $12.00, Hero calls $11.00, UTG folds

Flop: ($28) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $15.00, SB calls $15.00

Turn: ($58) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $35.00, SB calls $35.00

River: ($128) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB bets $50.00, Hero ?

A queen is a real possibility here of course, but does he have hands that I can beat more often than the 50 into 178 odds I'm getting?

Should I have bet more on the turn, to make my river decision easier?

Yes, bet more on the turn.

As played call, I wouldn't be surprised to see a missed diamond draw try to bluff this river.

I would raise more preflop, bet more flop, bet more turn. River is tough

Bet more on flop and turn, fold river. Most of the missed diamond draws have the Qd. The fact he checked the flop to you after 3betting PF is suspicious.

Villain never has 2 pair. You think he's c/calling flop and turn with 2 pair when he had the lead preflop.

I think he bets the flop with most two pairs. I don't think AT is likely enough to call here.
