Default $10 PS 27player final table, 9 9 in BB - many options?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em
$10+1 3 Tbl MTT
3 players left.

SB has recently showed down with a K 8 offsuit, K 5 off and been aggresive preflop, but folded to a few re-raises.
The chip lead had been doing a rotation for quite a few hands.

Big Blind is t600 (3 handed)

Hero (t11710)
Button (t13405)
SB (t15385)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9s, 9h
Button calls t600, SB raises to t1200, Hero ?

Has he minraised before?

I'm fairly certain this is a reraise regardless, to 3000+. Punish the limper and all that.

SB tended to be more of a calling station. (which played into my decision)

a few hands prior, he got lucky and doubled up by pushing PF while in the BB into a 2xBB raise (with 2 callers) with Ah 5h.
