Don`t let him do it, about 2 years ago i did a prop bet with a friend in wich i had to drink 24 cans of red bull within 2 hours. Obv. i won, but i still have terrible stomach pains when i eat or drink something that is a bit sour. And my teeth are damaged for life.

Seriously, do NOT do this. The medical risks are ridiculous. Best case your friend's teeth are [censored]. Worst case he dies from Boerhaave syndrome (torn esophagus), electrolyte disturbances (vomiting + insane diarrhea he's guaranteed to have), etc. Seriously. This is not a good idea.

Don't let him even try this, it might be very dangerous.
You could contact Guinness World Records and they would propably say that they would not accept such a thing in their book and they would be unwilling to testify such an event. It would be too dangerous for the one trying to do the lemon eating.
