preflop w/ raising preposter & maniac
in a 6max 3/2 blind structure
an unknown player prepost with $47 in $3/6 from hj and raises, a 94%/12% very bad postflop player calls, im on sb (getting 17:4) w A4o and bb is averege. Is it correct that the bb left to act improves my s.c. and pocket since he will call way more often than rereaise. What hands would u call? Im very uncertain whats good here but i'd say: 56s, any pocketpair, A7o, Axs, KTs, QTs |

Re: preflop w/ raising preposter & maniac
So HJ is likely an idiot and action junkie with close to any 2 cards in his range.
The 94/12 guy is definetely and idiot and has any 2 cards in his range except the one he'd 3-bet. Getting a bit more than 4:1 and prolly someting like 4.5:1 on average I cant see how you can fold anything playable. Ax is close to a raise. If you can knock out BB and get it HU vs two random ranges and two idiots playing them you look good. I'd 3-bet 55, Axs, A5o, K5s, K9o, Q9s, QTo, JTs Call any2 suited, 22-55, Axo, K5o, Q7o, J8o, T7o, 97o, 86o, 75o, 65o. WHEN MORANS ENTER THE POT WITH WIDE RANGES YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR REASONS TO CALL NOT TO FOLD!! |

Re: preflop w/ raising preposter & maniac
In this case I wouldn't mind playing a weak ace, but most of the time I would fold it here. I would never raise it though. Our position sucks and it's a difficult hand to play post-flop.
