Default 2/4 easy fold?

Villain is Kalzhozhnik, a reg but I know nothing about him.

I think the turn is pretty clearly a call but on the river I'm expecting him to check his 99 or 88 behind. Easy fold?

I guess check/calling the turn keeps the pot small on a danger board, but in this spot what are the odds villain has a Q or a hand he'd bluff/raise us with? If you check/call turn here then how often do we end up with the pot even with the best hand?
