tyler, I am with you all the way on the relative position importance in general and in this particular hand.
But you cannot completely disregard absolute position by assuming it will always be checked to the raiser. What if flop goes bet/call/call ? What if flop goes bet/fold/raise?
By being very last to act we can also save $$ by getting out on the flop cheap if it's 2 bets to us, amirite?

against our boy here, I fold. What tyler and Bravos are driving at in so many words is the fact that even if we do hit, any raise on our part on any street will only limit the field and kill our implieds.

Our raiser is a TAG and an early position raise (esp with a PFR of 7) means we're pretty well screwed here.

Stats/reads on other players would be beneficial.
