Default Those f*ing minraises. JJ hand. Too passive?

Villain had just lost a pot against me. He seemed quite bad. Since I had position I thought calling PF was ok... I guess there are a lot of lines in this hand. How would your standard line look and why?

Blinds: $0.50/$1
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $111.75
UTG+1: $142.30
Superhero: $112.99
Button: $89.50
SB: $172.11
BB: $103.80

Pre-flop: (6 players) Superhero is CO with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
2 folds, Superhero raises to $4, Button folds, SB raises to $6.5, BB folds, Superhero calls.

Flop: 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($14.5, 2 players)
SB bets $9, Superhero calls.

Turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($32.5, 2 players)
SB bets $18.95, Superhero calls.

River: 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($70.4, 2 players)
SB bets $61.44, Superhero folds.
Uncalled bets: $61.44 returned to SB.

Results:
Final pot: $70.4

I thought passive was calling 2 bets with AA, this is just bad.. I mean seriously what are you beating on turn that you had beat on flop?

Fold Turn
If you call Turn, call River.

Yeah I had planned on calling the river, but then I bailed when he made such a big bet. Thinking "I always fall for this fishy minraise trap..."

He showed 45s, and I thought "I knew it..."

Anyway, do you think my line is OK?

I fold on turn. Cant see him bluffing on 2 streets on such a dry board. If I decide I have best hand I raise turn and call ai, but thats only vs. maniacs and uberagro. Vs tipical +/- bad player I muck turn here a lot.

Just a thoght... make it 30$ on flop and fold to a push/raise.

Your line is fine if you fold the turn or call the river. Thing is the worst mistake you can make in these spots is calling to the river and then fold. If he has air he'll bet all the way very, very often. This line gives him maximum pay off when it's a bluff.

I don't like turning our hand into a bluff here. Either we put him on a bluff a high enough percentage to call down, or we just peel the flop and then give up. Raising the flop will lose too much when behind while not extracting anything when ahead. Edit: a flop raise is still probably better than the line OP took, both are bad though.
