Gotta jump on OSU -22 against Northwestern. I hate taking OSU in big spreads due to Tresselball, but Northwestern is just plain awful. I figured this would be about 30. OSU's offense is looking good now and Northwestern will be lucky to score more than 3 points.

I'm not feeling it on Marshall in this one.

Maybe some kind of a slight let-down for UC. But I don't know. They coasted against a weaker opponent for much of Saturday too. Not exactly a big win for them.
If they were right now coming off the Oregon State win then I could see the possibility of a let-down. But after destroying Miami, Ohio I think it's a bit less likely.

Mostly though, I just think Marshall kind of stinks.
31-3 loss against a Miami, FL team that really doesn't look THAT amazing to me. They hung in there with WV in the 1st half but after the Mountaineers woke up and got a bit more motivated they blew them out of the water with 42 points in the 2nd half.

Then a loss to NH. Regardless of their comeback, they gave up 48 freaking points in that one.
Even after Marshall's offense got it together in the 2nd half and were making a game of it their defense STILL wasn't able to stop NH.

That's 90 points they have allowed in their last 6 Q's.

Even if UC's offense isn't quite as great as some people think, which seems likely, it still seems entirely possible that they could score 40 or 50 on this Marshall defense which really doesn't appear to have much going for them.

UC flies around pretty good. Even in their over-rated state there's no way am I betting on Marshall to somehow keep this thing reasonable.

This is the OSU that was 3-2 at the half v Akron at home? You thought 30? One thing I've learned over the years is that if my estimate of the spread is 9-10 off from Vegas, I am not right.

Got into the openers late this week. It's kinda annoying that sbrlines isnt working, hard to judge the line movements.

Anyone know a backup site that is similar?

Looking at:
ECU +24 vs WV
UCF -7 vs MEM
PSU -3 vs Mich
Troy -10.5 vs ULL
FLATL -5.5 vs. NTex
BAY -3.5 vs. BUF
IDA -2.5 vs. NIll
MSU -13 vs. ND
Army +28.5 vs BC
Duke +11 vs. NAV

Would definitely take PUR -11 but I don't think that's available anymore. PUR -13 I'll think about.

Default Lotta love for Kentucky here

I'm on the other side, Arkansas -6.5 -110(BetJamaica).

Both teams are coming off exciting games decided in the last few seconds, Ark losing a heartbreaking conference game on the road after a big comeback and Ky winning over an instate rival and top 10 team they hadn't beaten in awhile. This week they're on the road again for their first conference game.

I think:
Ark is the better team.
They are at home.
They may be more motivated with one conference loss already.
Ky may suffer a letdown after last week.
The line is less than a touchdown.
I'll lay it.
