I'd still reraise preflop. Both raising or calling on flop has it's pros and cons. If you raise, make ~PSR. If you were HU with minraiser preflop, I would raise this flop probably 70% of the time, but BB makes it a bit tougher and it might be a better idea to just call with him in the pot.

3-bet PF, but calling isn't terrible. I would c/c flop. As played, I think I c/c the turn... we have TP2K, double gutshot straight draw and second nut flush draw. Betting isn't bad on the turn either. b/c and c/c both have merit...
