It will be a huge story having an 18-year-old girl win. No woman has ever one an open WPT event or finished better than 9th in the WSOP ME. Also, she is not old enough to play in any of the major US events.

it is a step for women, which is good i guess, but we all know she has luckboxed her way hardcore to this win. i don't think she will follow up her win so well, but so far she has proved me wrong by sucking out time and time again for huge stacks in big tourneys and winning them. i personally have nothing against her, just against her play. people shouldn't really hate her because she is winning, it is just frustrating seeing someone who doesn't play very well have a lot of "success." but so far from what i have seen from tabatabai, he is equal bad if not worse
