Default SB vs. BB hits TP but faces a raise

Villain is BB with stats 11.1/6.1/2.53 over 260 hands. Seems like a very tight player but my impression is that he is capable of raising a FD or a middle pair in this particular situation. His flop AF is 3.40 (and I believe this is actually not because he would be playing fit-or-fold --> his WTSD is 34%).

Titan Limit Hold'em, $0.50/$1.00 (Titan HH Converter by Kreatief)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
<font color="#666666">6 folds</font>, Hero calls, BB checks,

Flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ( 2SB, 2 players )
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises</font>, Hero calls,

Turn: 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ( 3BB )
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets</font>, Hero...?

What's the plan here? If he was raising a flush draw on the flop, I'm beat. I'm also beat by most of the jacks, but I do beat middle pairs. Call to showdown here? The pot is not very big though, I have to be good at least 2/7 (28.5%) of the time.

I probably call down, but I feel a bit lost.

What's standard here pf? If villain has ll% vpip, I don't see why we're not raising every time.

Fold pf. if you had a slightly better hand insta raise. Edit, that is such a tight nit, raise ATC untill you get played back at. If Villan defends, fold pf

small pot, made marginal hand, open ended straight draw, blind vs blind, may be drawing dead... [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] outs are heavily tainted, call turn and fold river UI.

i dont see why this isnt raisef pf. but since it was played this way im gonna call down especially because we have improved on this turn into a draw. his raise on the flop could mean anything really such as middle pair.

i wouldnt worry too much about the flush because i think this is less likeley that other combinations. we should call turn and probably most rivers if we dont improve

Yeah, you are all right, there's no excuse for not raising PF here.

BTW, you suggested folding J7 PF if BB wasn't so damn tight. Is this standard?

I started paying more attention to blind steal/defense situations lately and I'm only at the beginning of this process. I'm slowly expanding my stealing range as I get more comfortable and gain more experience so pointing to potential leaks is more than welcome.

Besides, when you lose some fear, these situations become much more fun, especially when you start seeing first results and all these people folding to you much more often than they should be.

If I didnt expect to take it down pre-flop I would prefer to fold because I tend to spew OOP against passive people with hands like this. Better players may have a different take tho.

I am usually folding preflop here unless villain is a nit. Calling is the worst option by far.

Flop, I prefer a 3-bet.

Turn I probably just c/f.

I'd fold this preflop.

As played, call down.
