Re: Is 40/2/3 a sustainable winning style in full ring?
anyone can be that big of a winner over 2k hands by making longterm massively -ev preflop decisions and accidentally getting great situations postflop. seriously, 2k hands is absolutely nothing when it comes to the word "sustainable"

Glad you clarified that, it looked like you might be.
Everyone, Let's be careful about associating people with these Absolute suspects, even in jest. These are touchy times. |

Re: Is 40/2/3 a sustainable winning style in full ring?
I think any decent player can beat him. Im up on him a bit. He gets alot of value from his hands by picking the weak ones apart. Im sure there are players here that could run his style just as well if not more effectively against the caliber of players at these tables. I think 10-15ptbb/100 is sustainable over 4 tables

[ QUOTE ] The biggest winners at 25 and 50 NL are 50/12/3 from what I've noticed. I've never seen one lose alot unless they just suck. [/ QUOTE ]filtering for ppl with over 300 hands in my db I don't have a single winner over 30%vpip. [/ QUOTE ] Agreed - No effing way you can sustain that long term. I see maniacs go on huge one day upticks - only to dump it all back at a future date. |
