Default Pair and a flush draw - 25nl

Is this spew? i figured shoving the river i had a lot of outs and some fold equity. Thought i may get rid of bare kings.

SB: $39.02
BB: $25.00
UTG: $25.75
Hero (MP): $52.46
CO: $28.50
BTN: $11.26

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.00</font>, 3 folds, BB calls $0.75

Flop: ($2.10) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">BB bets $2.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $6.25</font>, BB calls $4.25

Turn: ($14.60) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">BB bets $6.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises all-in to $45.21</font>, BB calls all-in for $11.75
Uncalled bet of $27.46 returned to Hero

River: ($50.10) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players - 2 All-In)

Pot Size: $50.10 ($2.50 Rake)

I generally hate pushing combodraws on the turn, because with one card to come your equity is too low,in this spot you have zero foldequity so it's a -EV play

Spew,

His turn bet commits him to the pot, he isnt folding anything.

Its a tough call for me because 90% he is shoving the river regardless what comes.

I really would like to call this but i know im not getting the odds. If he had a deeper stack i might consider calling but i think your ok to fold to the turn raise.
