I'd bet/call the flop.

If the turn comes spade, bet/fold.

Why would you ever bet the river here? Nobody is EVER folding; a non-spade hand will always play the board. However, you will sometimes get raised either as a complete bluff or by someone who has a [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] higher than the 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
