Took care of my PokerStar problem. Last 4 deposits to Stars have yet to clear from a month ago, so I just transfered the funds out of PokerStars and issued a stop payment on the funding account! Put a bad beat on them for once!

Went through today, September 15th at 7:51 pm. Took a while but everything got to Epass, now got to move it to PS for the WCOOP.

Just want to update: After 3 failed w/drawals, my 4th one went through, but it took 3 1/2 days and 9 email exchanges.

What made it really frustrating was that I got 8 emails from FT that either were uselessly generic or suggested the problem was with me or ePassporte. Finally, the 9th email I receive from FT admits it is their fault and they are working on it. Two days later, my w/drawal goes through.

All is well now, more or less, but my opinion of FT has dropped considerably and the fact that they have no phone support (which I hadn't realized) really bothers me now that I know how crappy and inefficient their email support is.

Hmmm. I requested one a few hours before you did and nothing yet. So, it's Thursday at noon, still waiting.

It would really be nice if FTPSean would weigh in here with what's going on.
