Default 60k Sat- TT pf AI tough spot!

No reads, just moved to this table.
Mine and villain's stacks are even at about 3k.
Only 14 people win a seat, I'm on like 10th place out of the 30 remaining. Ave. stack is currently about 3k.

I didn't raise to begin with b/c huge stacks limped in UTG and +1 and I didn't feel the need to take risks when I can fold into the money or wait for better spots.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $100/$200
8 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (8 players) Hero is SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, 4 folds, Hero completes, BB raises all-in $3380, 2 folds, Hero folds.
Uncalled bets: $3180 returned to BB.

Results:
Final pot: $800

I don't play a lot of sats, but i think it's a little early for u to be thinking u can fold into the money. What range do u put BB on here? Would he do this with his big PPs? Since u are only 50% against a range of 99-QQ;AQs+;AQo+, this is prob a fold with not much dead money in the pot in the later stages of a sat.

1. shove it b4 the flop!!!!! 2.call the all in. 3.grow a pair of testicles . nobody has shown strength you don't have a big stack what are you waiting for??? i know the testicles statement sounds mean but im trying to emphasize a point . you played the hand like those nfl teams that go into a prevent defense against john elway in the 4th qtr. we know what happens to those teams.

ham pointed it out very good

you have to raise this hand before the flop!
with TT you are ways ahead of all these limpers so push it and get the 600 already in the pot, and if you get a caller be happy, cause most of the time you will face a smaller PP.

Dude, that's my standard move all the time, but THIS IS A SATELLITE and I'm in decent chip position, why coin flip it right now?

with 3k and blinds 100/200 you can't sit out to win a seat.

i think your edge here is very good, so you have to play.

if it was down to 20 players i would fold, but i think here you need some more chips.

the fact that it is a satellite gives you more FE here.

if he's not shoving, a pf raise has to be a lot more than 550...there's 3 players behind him that have 200 already invested (bb and 2 limpers)

OP, you're not close enough or deepstacked enough to be folding in so you have to raise here...I think a reasonable raise is to 1000, but since that's a 1/3 or your stack and you can't fold to a shove, I'd just shove instead...if I get no callers I happily pick up what's in the pot already.
