I find it hilarious how Tiger's competitors continue to provoke him. I can understand how they get frustrated with the attention he gets, but to antagonize him the way Austin (Tiger is not hard to beat, he's hard to catch) and Sabatini (Tiger is beatable as ever) have done recently is like waving a red flag in front of a bull.

What happens if he takes a 5 there? If they rule he tried to hit it do they just add a stroke? Do they DQ him for signing off on a card they think isn't right whether they talk to him or not? I guess they just said officials would talk to him, so he'll have time to explain it or fix his card before he finishes.

It's not what the officials say in this instance. It's all about intent and only Woody can answer that for sure. If he says it wasn't a stroke, then it's not a stroke.

I did think he intended to hit it but I'm not Woody.
