It's definitally still the book I suggest most for online games.

Of course you actually have to study the book where it explains the concepts and not just look at the preflop starting chart and assume you know how to play. Most changes for a tight game should be fairly obvious (AJo goes up in value, JTs goes does, etc) but spending a few hours in the Small Stakes Limit forum should give you a good idea. In fact I think there is a recent thread on this book you might want to check out.
