Default Live 1-2 NL: AA flops set OOP. How to play this?

Live 1-2 NL game at a NYC club. Standard PFR is 10-15. My stack is around 200 and everyone in the hand has me covered.
Other players are fairly loose, but no other reads.

Hero gets A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in the BB.
Villain (UTG+1) raises $10 to 12.
MP1 calls,
MP2 calls
Hero raises to 30.
Villain calls, MP1 folds, MP2 calls.

Flop (Pot $113)
Flop is A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
How should hero play and why?

Hero should raise more preflop. Lead smallish, like $60.

i would pot it pf.... esp. since you're oop

you've got $170 left and pot is $113, so it doesn't really matter too much what you do... i would try and induce action by checking and calling or pushing depending on size of bet coming back at you... mostly because it is likely that no one has an ace, so any bet from you will often get folds...... if you check they can put your on KK or JJ or whatever

even a $60 bet makes it clear you're committed to the pot.... a check may get a few more bucks in

if it checks around lead turn for $85

how much more pre-flop? More than 40 I probably just take it down right there, as my image is fairly tight, I'd say.

Flop bet - what am I trying to do? Am I hoping the case A is out there to call me? What other hands are calling 60? I can think of only a few - KQ, QQ, 88, and maybe KJ/KT - I don't think any other non-A hand is going to call.

I'm interested in hearing how I should be thinking about this, because I think one of my bigger problems is not getting full value out of my bigger hands.

If you think someone is likely to stab with a hand not calling a 60ish bet in a 3-ways rr pot, then check. I don't really mind a flop check, but if villains are loose passive and not likely to stab I'd rather just lead the flop, quite read dependant.
