Anyone in South Korea? Any news or word on this? Is it just Full Tilt???

I've gotten the same problem. Weird thing is - sometimes I can log on. Other times I can't. When I'm at work - I can get onto fulltiltpoker.com. But at home - no luck.

About 9 friends in Korea says PokerStar and Fultilt are OK to play, however one friend in Korea says those cannot be played in some location. It seems that some access are limited in Korea and those are not FULLY banned.
