Default non-standard line w/ AA, river decision

I feel a bit lost in this hand b/c I don't have much personal history with villain but datamined stats on him are 22/19/3.

How is my line so far? I feel I should be betting this river; do you bet small enough to fold? What is a good bet size? anyone c/c?

I'm checking the flop given your preflop call. Bet river, puke if he raises.

I would bet about 2/3 the pot. This will obviously leave you pot-comitted, so call a raise.

Thing is you flop bet on this very dry board pretty much eliminates all possible bluffs from him on the river, which is why I don't like it. And I wouldn't be suprised if he checks the turn with Qx.

That being said there's just no good amt to bet to not get committed, so I probably make it 70ish, call a shove and hate it.
