He raised PF so even with very low PFR and AF he could CB with hands like AK or AQ when he missed the flop. So if we raise and villain had one of those hands, I can't really see him continuing or at least he will only call and hope to hit on turn. Anyway, we get much more info in contrast to only flat calling and, as mentionend, we could even win it right here.

Im not sure why you consider your flop call a float unless you were both sure that he had AA-JJ AND that you could take the pot away from him given that he did have one of those hands.
How often does villain c-bet? Is he capable of double barreling? I think that you are beat given his stats. Perhaps raise flop and fold to 3bet?
