Default KK, 3bet pot vs laggerson, line check

Villain was a loose aggressive type maybe 37/20 type. He was aggressive but this is the first 3bet pot we've played. Against a Tag I think flop check is pretty standard, I don't know if it was the right play on my part. Turn against a Tag I'd bet small to get called lightly and maybe get him to push, but he was a Lag so i figured i should bet strong here and he'd probably still call me lightly.

I thought so too, i just wasn't sure about whether or not my flop check was good.

I'll check since you push away anything but AQ that you are ahead of and there are really few scary turncards that could come
