heh. Ok let me cut the discussion.

What's possible:
1. The hacker if he has access to site, he can easily install trojan in installation setup.
2. The trojan installation most likely will fail to any decent antivirus system.
3. Even if You have the trojan installed, You have to put (I mean write it on keyboard) credit cards numbers or login/password to some money system, and the guy can receive that. But trust me it's almost impossible for a hacker to use that information (keylogging gives a bunch of letters/numbers in huge string and believe me when he has 2 of that documents he will probably give up after few first lines of 'blab lablaIwasth ereww w.googlem etcetscs hitshithappens')

What can't be done:
1. Hacker can't and won't find any information from cookies, browser history etc.

Im pretty sure it's a typical server attack, and nothing in PT software changed. And yes I work on computer security issues from time to time.

If anything the whole issue is at least a good reminder of how vulnerable online data can be and to always take precaution if in doubt.

Could the purpose to be somehow to get the databases of numerous winning players??? Then the intent would be to use these databases to create a winning bot at many levels... Or is this impossible, and I'm being paranoid?

Much more profitable to get access to the PCs of poker players who have more money than the average person.

You assume the trojan is a keylogger, which it may or may not be. It could also be a remote connection tool like Netbus, which could allow the hacker to simply watch your screen or take control of your computer. This would be a much better way to get hold of your login/password info.

That said, I'm also pretty sure this isn't a poker-related attack.
