Default Where to look on pt when things aren\'t going good

Having a lot of bad sessions lately. What should I be looking at on pt to help my game. I'm just not in a good mood and would love some help in the right direction.

Thanks after reviewing my hands I figured I wasn't playing bad just on a mad cooler. In fact there was only one hand were I made a stupid play out of 20. Thanks.
