Poker Room skin
No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 5 players Converter Stack sizes: UTG: $51.75 Hero: $54.00 Button: $51.00 SB: $20.20 BB: $55.30 Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is CO with 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] UTG calls, Hero raises to $2.5, 2 folds, BB calls, UTG folds. Flop: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($5.75, 2 players) BB checks, Hero bets $4, BB calls. Turn: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($13.75, 2 players) BB checks, Hero ? Easy question for you, guys: should I value-bet this turn against the guy with 20/4/0.6 stats (40 hands)? Or it`s better to check for pot-control? |

I am only going for 1 more street of value. Turn is good if you think he may have called with air. This is more likely a pocketpair though so I would wait for the river.

bet 7 check river. you only have tpmk and overs are dangerous. you have a choice to bet now or bet river, and betting now is def best so as to protect your hand. if you had a pair of Ks instead i'd lean towards checking turn and betting or calling river.

doesn't a check behind on the turn invite villain to (bluff-)bet on the river? that would leave us in a pretty tough spot. i'd go with the bet turn-line.
