Get Mathematica for straight up Calculus problem solving. It's pretty expensive if you buy it legit, but poke around and I'm sure you can find a trial-version at the very least.

If you're interesting in modeling systems and incorporating a bit of coding a program called MatLab is probably a bit better.

I would start with those two and see where it leads you.
