Well for what its worth if original raiser did this and led $50 I'm jamming because I can see how he can have AK/QQ here a lot.

However for a guy to just wake up from the button and do this should really set off bells.

perhaps you did save yourself $160, perhaps not. that's the thing about this game, we just don't know. sometimes he will show up with AA here, and sometimes he won't. at the end of the day it will not be AA enough of the time to make yours a good play. he WILL do this other hands, so get your freaking money in already.

OP; thanks for posting only with the intention of telling everyone (apart from FGators) that they are wrong.

He shows up with AA most of the time here, hence why I am not that against OP's fold.

He doesn't show up here with QQ like 50% of the time.

It's usually 80% AA
10% QQ
10% AK

If you are going to fold to a c-bet on the flop because you are afraid of AA then you should just fold preflop and save $20.

I would just push preflop.

I can't believe how nitty this is. Get it in preflop, it's not even close. Maybe you can fold this against 5/3/0.5 but against an unknown, never. He could be some 80/30 mega donk and show you any trash here. It's only 100 BBs so even if he has AA it's not a big deal.

I posted it because I thought it was a difficult spot. Like I said in most situations like this I CRAI flop without even giving it a second thought, but this was a different spot due to the preflop action combined with a flop bet that felt like it wanted to be pushed on.

I didn't post to tell everyone what a great read/laydown I made or to tell anyone that they were wrong. I simply wanted opinions and you're probably right that I shouldn't have posted it in the first place since I already anticipated this type of response.
