The lowest the buy-in, the more it is a raise imo.

And call a push if any.

Arguments for Limp:
It's early in tournament. (Tight Early/Aggressive Late)
You are in early position. (No information regarding opponents)
AK is still a drawing hand.

Arguments for Raise:
AK is a hand you want to play against one opponent and limping is invitation for other limpers.
AK although a drawing hand, is very strong. And most likely to be the best hand right now.
Aggressive poker is winning poker.
150 is only ~10% of your pot. So you have plenty of flexibility.
It's a low buy-in. Opponents are more likely to call with Ax and you'll have them dominated.

I like the raise.

Never limp AK in a $6.50.
You give up too much value.

I like a raise to 3x big blind. We still have 30 BB left,we can still afford a conti bet that way.The bigger raise tends to thin the field out a little bit more which is a good thing. And u create a bigger postflop pot that way so that the weaker players will bleed of more chips with there marginal hands postflop.

I like to start raising to 2,5 when i have just under 20 bb.
