Default weakly played A-q 5-10 full ring

I really hate this hand, and think i prefer a bet fold to raise on the turn. As played should i just give up or can i make this call? I have no real history with this villian, and have been playing pretty tight but aggro post flop, and showing down big hands. He seems like a solid multi tabling regular

Hero raises to 40 straight in mid position with AsQh. Late position 17-3-2 reg with 1k effective stack flats and everyone else folds.

Flop Qs 6h 4s.

i bet 80, villian calls.

turn 7h. I decide to check, and call his 175$ bet

the river brings a 5h

i check, villian bets 410, and i time down on fold.

after i checked the turn everything felt gross

bet/fold turn is probably best...make it like $180. After checking turn which isn't awful then I would call down assuming the river is an offsuit 5 (but you have turn and river cards the same).
