Default 200NL, TPTK, hand review

Getting tired and thinking about quitting for the night when this hand comes up.

Parbet - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players

Hero (BB): $92.80
UTG: $170.50
MP: $145.45
CO: $263.30
BTN: $213.30
SB: $165.90

Preflop: Hero is dealt A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
2 folds, MP raises to $8.00, 2 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: ($17) 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $8.00, MP calls.

Turn: ($34) J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, MP bets $16, Hero bets all-in for $76.80, MP calls.

How is the play?

This is so bad, u only get called by hands that have you beat.

2x4x12 96 hands of 5 right off the bat. Once u bet the flop i think you gotta shut it down even on the turn. A check is better. To call his shove is retarded, he will shove with 85 75 105 j5 whether it is or isnt the right play i have been told over and over again in this spot that when u call its by a hand that has you beat. He may even have a slow rolled qq kk aa.

Why do you only have 46BB? Reads?

Fold preflop. Flop is gross, either c/r or c/f. Turn is also meh. Just bet again.

Yeah, really. Calling in this spot is longterm massively -ev unless you have lots of reads on his postflopplay and can outplay him by a great margin.
If you don't like to fold your hand, raise it to get initiative.
