QFT back on page 2 - this is where some people are confused. It's common to see house BBJ's require a quads hand to have a pocket pair IN THE HOLE to qualify.

And yes, just like any other time you play this game, the A plays. You still need 5 cards to make a hand.

The posters having a problem with the first part might be live noobs, or maybe not used to playing around BBJs with this qualification so I can kinda understand. But if you can't assemble A9999 as the hand in question, you're wrong and should stop arguing.

Also, getting caught goofing up basic poker rules does not qualify as "leveling"
